Refund policy

The Customer has 14 days from date of purchase to apply for a returns label then a further 14 days for the order to arrive to us.


YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN YOUR PARCEL OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free delivery but all item's were returned this delivery cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be unworn with tags.

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unused/ not worn
  • Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
  • Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes must be tried on indoors

Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons

If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying a postage fee of £3.99  for the item returned to you for up to 7 days.

 

How to return an item

 

Head over to our "Return Your Order" page

1. Download and print the returns label

2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation of purchase email. If this is not inside then the refund cannot be processed as we cannot match your return to your order. Please attach the label onto the bag. You can use the bag the items arrived in or another bag if you prefer. 

3. Take it to a post office to send

4. You will get receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when a refund is issued 

Faulty Items

In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form on our website with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

Terms of Refund

We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost. 

If you received free delivery on your order and you return the full order then delivery charges will be taken off the refund.
