What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days for your return to arrive to us for a refund.

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free delivery but all item's were returned this delivery cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Our service provides a pre paid postage label for you to use. When your return arrives, this postage cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. 

 All items must be unworn with tags.

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels & tags attached
  • Be unused/ not worn
  • Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
  • Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes must be tried on indoors

 

If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying a postage fee of £7.98  for the item returned to you for up to 7 days.

 

Where can i find my order number?

This is found on your confirmation email from us.

 

Can i cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, however, once you receive it you can return for a refund/exchange.

Can i change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change it.

How do i return an item?

How long does a refund take?

We process your return on the day we receive it and we will refund you on the day it arrives with us. It can take up to 14 working days for the payment be seen in your bank account. Most refunds are processed faster than this depending on your bank!

Faulty item received?

Please use the form above with picture evidence so we can help resolve the issue. Please note, if the tags have been removed we are unable to accept this return.

How do i track my order?

All parcels can be tracked using the royal mail website

 

Why has my item been refunded?

Unfortunately, this means that the item you have ordered was no longer available.

Can i change my address/email address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change it.

If an order arrives back to us as unaccepted via royal mail, you will have the option to be refunded for the order minus all postage costs incurred, or for the items to be resent to you for £3.99 postage cost.

Can you send my orders together/can i return orders together?

As orders are packed as they come in, we are unable to pack separate orders together. You cannot return different orders together as the label is generated on a weight basis.

How do i know you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email you provided. If you haven't received any confirmation unfortunately this is because an incorrect email has been used. We are unable to change this but be assured we have received your order.

What size should i buy?

S/M  6-10

M/L 12-16

Small 6-8
Medium 10-12
Large 14-16

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

 How do i return an international order?

Unfortunately I am unable to offer pre paid returns for outside of the UK. please return via a tracked service of your choice for a refund.

Do i need to pay customs?

If you live within the EU, yes it is likely that you will be charged customs for your order. If you are outside of the EU, customs charges are paid at the checkout so further customs charges are unlikely. 

 

Lucky dips?

Lucky dips cannot be chosen. They include all items on our current website. The size ordered will be the size sent to you. They are non returnable as stated when purchased. If ordering multiple lucky dips these must be placed in one order to ensure different items are sent. 

Can i exchange my free gift?

Unfortunately, free gifts cannot be exchanged.
